The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) has launched the BizPulse VI: Business Climate Survey. This survey is designed to capture direct feedback from the business community about their experiences operating in the U.S. Virgin Islands, including the challenges they face and potential solutions that could improve the business environment.
As part of the ongoing implementation of Vision 2040, the Territory’s 20-year economic development strategy, VIEDA is working with the Office of the Governor to establish a Business Climate Commission (“Commission”). This Commission will include representatives from both the public and private sectors who will discuss barriers to doing business, identify opportunities for reform, and recommend policy changes that support a more business-friendly environment in the USVI. The results of the BizPulse VI survey will provide valuable insight to guide the Commission’s work.

It will remain open until September 15, 2025, after which the findings will be shared with the Office of the Governor and the Business Climate Commission.
