U.S. Virgin Islands hosted the Official Invite Party for the 2023 National Organization of Black Elected Legislative (N.O.B.E.L.) Women Annual Legislative Conference

St. Thomas, USVI – It is official, the U.S. Virgin Islands will host the 2023 National Organization of Black Elected Legislative (N.O.B.E.L.) Women Annual Legislative Conference. The conference will be held in June 2023 at the newly reconstructed Westin Frenchman’s Reef Hotel.

Led by Senate President Donna Frett-Gregory in conjunction with the V.I. Department of Tourism, the official invite party closed the 2022 conference and launched the planning of the 2023 conference. Members of the Virgin Islands Association of D.C. were on hand to welcome attendees. N.O.B.E.L. As the ALC Committee Chair, Senate President Donna Frett-Gregory will be responsible for selecting five honorees to be presented awards during the 2023 gala and coordinate with the N.O.B.E.L. Executive Board in producing a conference that will not be soon forgotten.

N.O.B.E.L. Women is a non-profit, non-partisan organization composed of current and former black women legislators. Established in 1985, N.O.B.E.L. Women is the premier organization committed to increasing and promoting the presence of Black women in government, non-profit, and corporate leadership in the United States.
